About this event
Every year, coordinators from FAER's network of partner and hub colleges come together to look back on the Scholar Awards cycle that just closed and plan for the one ahead.
The meet is a working session, not a ceremony: coordinators compared notes on mentor load across their colleges, discussed the shift from a hardcopy application process to an online one, and flagged where students needed more support during project execution.
What the meet covered
- A review of outcomes across the network's 50+ partner colleges
- Feedback on the mentor assignment process and mentor workload
- Planning for the next Scholar Awards cycle's timeline and outreach
These conversations directly shape how FAER supports both colleges and mentors in the cycles that follow.
