A FAER team is guided by a faculty member at their own college — named on the project, and there through the year. If that is you, the talent in your classroom finally has somewhere to go.
You know which students have the spark and no route. Guiding starts with putting them in front of us.
You are named on the project. Your job is to keep a team scoped, moving and truthful about what they built.
They hear about it from you.
Reach happens in your classroom — a student learns FAER exists because their teacher said so.
You help them apply.
Online, in about thirty minutes. Their progress saves as they go.
You guide the build.
You are named on the project, and FAER’s support of up to ₹6,000 covers the parts.
They defend it.
People read the work, and everyone who applies gets feedback.
The strongest teams take a prize.
₹1,00,000, ₹75,000 and ₹50,000 — and the work goes on the record, your name beside theirs.
Nothing. Students apply directly to the Scholar Awards, and project support for approved teams comes from FAER and its sponsors.
You don’t have to know the technology. The team is solving a problem from their own district, and judgement is what they need from you.

If you have built things for a living, a few hours a month goes a long way.
